Darn right! If I'da seen that shot BEFORE the workshop, I'd have thought twice about rooming with him! ('Course, if he had seen mine, he would have rather gone back to Iraq!)

DANG! I don't think I would have roomed with me either! lol

Laurin told me to look "pissed off", so I just thought of one of my worst experiences in Iraq to give him that expression...

Thanks Laurin... I LOVE IT!

I like them ALL, but #3 is my favorite. I can't wait to show you the one I took the next evening at a 45° angle to the sun from the south side.

I'm still pretty much on the road and haven't had time to play with all my images... got home Tuesday afternoon, out of town for the Army Wed-Sun... about to leave for Seattle, then I'm on the Oregon Coast Sat & Sun.

btw... we found Baffalo & Mt. Goats in Zion on Monday!!! ;-)

Oh oh... I just showed Lori my "Renderized Portrait". She wanted me to tell you that she 'won't be sleeping with me and now believes in the Zombie Apocalypse!'

LMAO ;-)

Great work Susan. Glad you were able to get some of the horse shots despite the as*hole by the corral.

BTW did you get the book?

Just got home! Long journey but worth all the effort. It's great to see some of the results - Katrina, those star trails are amazing - I can't wait to get mine processed.

I'm going to get a very early night and get all my images up on my iMac tomorrow - can't wait!

Thanks again everyone, it was a truly awesome experience!

One of my Favs are the vermillion Cliffs at sunrise. And the whole area around Kanab.

Laurin hated the drive up to the Vermillion Cliffs. It is a fun drive (for me) but up the winding roads with sheer drop offs kinda gives Laurin that #10 pucker factor LOL

I remember when I took him through the Dragon's Tail Road in North Carolina. He almost got religion. Where he did get religion was when I was driving out of Yosemite along the Tioga road during a snow storm. God that was fun! LOL

Wish I would have remembered this post before Anasazi...LOL!! I'm with Laurin 9nfor this one. Great captures everyone!!
