Maybe we've got it all wrong and there is a diamond mine under that light house. That would also explain the listing. |

I thought Guy Fawkes put the mine under the lighthouse. Now you say it wasn't a Guy, it was a girl. I'm confused. |

In the US they let people own the lighthouses of old as long as they become the "Lighthouse Keeper" and take care of it. |
