Maybe this question has already been answered, but is it possible to see the number of views of the photos in your gallery? I mean to tell how many people looked at it. Thanks.

I have a VERY small library at the moment (Working on it...) and it'd be nice so I could see which images were being looked at as well as downloaded. Currently I can show in order of popularity, but only in comaprison to my other images.

Also, should this topic not be moved to suggestions?

Yes, it would be GREAT to see the number of views for your photos - please, please introduce this! Many of SS rivals have the number of views feature for photographers - please join them, it would be an advantage for all of us and would help us know what is better for SS and its subscribers!

Also, some of the views would be from other photographers browsing others portfolios, I do that quite a lot at the moment as I'm trying to learn what sells.

But even so, I'd love to know how much my photo's are being looked at.

Much like going to photosig and finding you've had 2500 viewings and two comments... :-)

Cheers,

I agree .. basically a useless statistic. The only numbers that count are on the stats page .. that's the best measure of the traffic visiting your portfolio.

Only useful on those sites where the only numbers one seems to see may be number of views :)

I wonder, is it possible to have the number of downloads shown below each displayed pictures ?? This number is viewable across everyone, submitter as well as subscriber. :)
