Not again :(I'm beginning to wonder if it is even worth uploading here at the moment.
Please, Shutterstock, tell us when this will be fixed? When the images are lost they sink without trace...... Please come up with a solution, as many of us depend on this for our monthly income and can't afford to just keep working for no return.

This site has got some serious issues to the point that it's becoming annoying! Problems encountered during the last couple of weeks:
-not able to upload images
-the image processor unable to process files, although the files were fine
-accepted images missing now and then for more than 24 hours
-horrendously slow review time for some batches, although other batches are reviewed in several hours
-and probably other.
The thing is that nothing is working right here all the time as it used to... |
