I would like to give some informations about the errors while I tried to submitted my JPEG images since 3rd August, 2012 until now.
- does it happen to every file, or just certain files?
Yes, they shown in images to be submitted section but all of my uploads don't appear thubnails and info blocks to submit.
- does it happen to all types of files or only vectors or jpegs?
In first there are messages about vector errors since last a few days until now I did upload only jpegs.
- can you upload the files through another method?
I had tried 5 browers and FTP they are the same.
- what operating system are you using?
My OS is Windows 7 Pro licenced.
- which browser are you using?
My browsers are IE9, Google Chrome, Safari, Namoroka and Opera.
- what exactly happens when you try to upload? do you see what ruxpriencdiam sees, or is there an error message, and if so what does it say? feel free to send your own screen shot.
I can upload without problems, they finished in time, I tried the same images again and they are 50 images as you see.
I can't deleted or submit to them |
