Hi all,

I have the strange problem, all of my friends on shutterstock (is about 20 people) have 2-24 hours to submit (review) files (vector/photo) but I have more 72...

I uploaded 01/01/2012 my first batch and it still in pending

Maybe is something wrong with my account?

This is quite normal.

Sometimes I wait for days for a review, like a week or something, while others who have uploaded AFTER me somehow manage to jump the queue and get reviewed before me.

I have never had a 2 hour review time. Best I think was 6 hours. Usually 2-3 days.

It's normal for reviews to take a few days. But if it takes longer than 7, let me know and I'll look into it. Thanks!

Usually my review is within 24 hours. But the past two weeks, it has taken longer like 2 or 3 days.

Is there any reasons for that?

If your reviews are taking a bit longer, it's likely a matter of our reviewers working hard to keep up with all of our submissions. But we make sure that all submissions get the attention they deserve. Just let us know if it takes longer than 7 days and we'll check on that for you. Thanks!

For me SS is one of the best review times of all the stock sites. Most images are review in about 36 hours or less. While most of the other stock sites take 5 to 30 days to review...SS is a great company.

It happens for the first time with me. My photos and a vector is in pending since last Friday. Usually it took 2-6 hours to review them. Maybe it's vector caused that the files got stuck in pending?

I have same problem - review time longer than 9 days, here is a list of my pending batches:

I did submit regularly for the last 2 or 3 months, uploading every 3 or 4 days, sometimes even more often. The last two batches got stuck. Something has changed in the last days of January.

SS, again that happened to me, pending time for now to approve our vectors are more than 5 days! What happening to SS?? Please take this issue seriously. All these delay will directly affected to our personal sales in every month.
