Dear Shutterstock!

I understand the reiew take time and review queus can get long. But still there seem to be some error in the system. I submited files on Sunday, they are still pending. The strange thing is that a friend of mine submitted photos yesterday evening, and they are already accepted. Sometimes it happens the other way around, like I get a review in about 2 hours at the same ime other people are waiting for days..

Even if review time gets long, it should be roughly the same for every contributor.

I just had a batch approved that was submitted on 21st but the one from 18th is still pending. Imagine that!
Since those strange long reviews started I also stopped receiving the confirmation e-mails. So obviously there is an error.

One my work was approved after few hours yesterday, another one is waiting 5 days :(

There are a lot of problems with new photos and illustration this month: very long pending time and troubles with ftp.

approved since Monday.

Last time I waited six days before contacting support, because those were Valentine illustrations, and Valentine would have been over by the time my images got reviewed.

I also noticed submitting uploaded images is a bit of a problem, since I wasn't able to select the category... maybe this was one time off, but after being forced to label these illustrations pending from the 20th with "Miscellaneous" and edit them afterwords (only to lose half of my keywords), I thought it's probably something I should report, as I'm sure it can be easily fixed.

3 of 11 submitted images were approved few days ago, but I didn't received usual email with confirmation.

I also seem to have one in limbo. Batch 20719351 (single image) there since 18th Feb while later batches have all been processed.
