Same problem here.
The older submitted images are from 15 days ago... quite odd.
I have written to the SS support and told me to erase the images and reupload them. That's horrible, it's throwing your work to the garbage... :(
Please forumguru, could you please check this issue?

I have decide to erase all the pendind images and reupload them.
I hope this works and solves the problem. I can not wait to see one of those emails that say "Status of your recently submitted images" :D

Pizla, it seems to be a serious global problem in the agency. Many of us are going through. It seems that the only solution is to delete those photos and turn them up. I have done so, but I have been waiting 5 days to the new revision.

Why is everyone posting their batch #'s here? Support does not come here to find problems that people are having. If you want to make sure they get it send it to submit@shutterstock.com.
Also you have batches here that were from barely 3 days ago. Shutterstock sent out information that now it can take up to 10 days to get images approved.

6 weeks and counting, since my 10 images were approved along with all paperwork. Placating emails saying yes it's being looked into.

I cant understand pending orders.
Its about 2 weeks that i uploaded my photos. There is an information about 4 bussines day. WTF?

IF YOUR IMAGES ARE STUCK IN THE BATCH WAITING TO BE REVIEWED FOR WEEKS, DELETE THEM AND RESUBMIT. ITS A KNOWN BUG AND SS ADVICES TO DELETE AND RESUBMIT.
Apologies for the CAPS LOCK, but it seems people are focussed on complaining and not reading the numeral posts from SS and other contributors to delete and resubmit.
Please note, this is for images that got stuck beginning of MAY 2012.

My photos have been approved. Total photo is 82, but I still only see 69 active images. When I create sets, only see 69 active images. Please help me! Thank you!

I looked at your portfolio just now and saw 82 images!
