This is not an FTP problem - I think - since I can upload my files to the FTP, but the files just sit there.
It is rather an image processing bug - the process that takes the images from FTP and introduces them to the SS database - making them ready to be submitted for review.
HTTP upload is working though (tried already!) ... but FTP is just more convenient ...
Interestingly enough, not everybody has this issue - so it is not a general phenomena (yet). |

I'm hearing the same from everyone who uses picWorkflow (about 15 people have reported it to me), and have tested with my own portfolio both manual FTP and through pw and get the same problem... images are just not being imported from the FTP folder to the workspace.
Also mentioned it on twitter to @shutterstock on saturday but no response there (presumably cos it's the weekend). |

That is whar I noticed as well. The files are on a SS server but dont get precessed by the server on the SS side.
FZ shows the files that are transmitted to SS. Even if you log out or shutdown the program. The files stay on the SS side waiting to be processed.
Retransmitting is of no helg and will cause a double file in the upload directory. |
