Same here... Files stuck in upload folder, still, after 8 hours. Gonna delete and upload via http. This usually works but is a strain for big batches.
Best,

Hi to all!
Same problem here.
I've always used the automatic FTP option since my first day here (more than 8000 images ago :-D).
I upload image by FTP. Then someone has been processed, someone disappear...
It strange..
I've had only today this problem
Regards,

ftp working for me now :) Some days later it worked perfect, without doing nothing with the FileZilla settings!
When the ftp did't work I used http to upload.

I uploaded late morning yesterday and the files stil haven't been processed. The day before it took a few hours, but it's now nearly a day!
ETA: yesterday's FTP upload was just processed.

I'm also having problems from several days. Files are not processed and, in some cases, I receive the following message on the main page in the nexr day:
"You recently uploaded IMG_0285.tif which could not be read by our image processor. Please contact support for help addressing this issue."
The HTTP upload works fine. |

I've been uploading via FTP to SS for over four years, using FileZilla.
I have not uploaded any images for many months, and today, when I tried to login to FileZilla, I could not get past this message:
Status: Connecting to ftp.shutterstock.com ...
Status: Connected with ftp.shutterstock.com . Waiting for welcome message...
then:
Error: Disconnected from server
Error: Unable to connect!
This message keeps appearing every time it tries to login.
I went into 'Site Manager' and clicked on 'Shutterstock'.
I have the host as: ftp.shutterstock.com
I have the port as: 21
I have the Servertype as: FTP
I have the Logontype as: Normal
I have the correct e-mail address in 'User' box
I have checked and double-checked that I have the correct password
In the 'Advanced' tab, I have 'Passive' ticked
Is there anything that I'm doing wrong, or are others having the same problem, today? |
