I'm a professional photographer and resident of Italy.
I have really problems understanding the way payments are made and the hole taxes think. The first question I have is about the tax form.
I submitted more or less a month ago the tax form W-8BEN but I suspect I got it wrong (even if the submitted W-8 BEN has been approved) because I have not included an ITIN number. Just my Vat number (P. IVA) of Italy.
…….Should I get this ITIN number and re-submit the tax form?

An other thick that bothers me is the Payment. I received ten days ago a shutterstock payment with PayPal. The payment status is complete and the net amount appears 99,10. The problem I have is that it seems that I have to ISSUE A REFUND and a message tells me that I have up to 60 days to refund the payment.
I really don't understand What I have to do.
Should i Issue a Refund? If I do how much? If I don't what happens?
If anyone can help me…!

If you would like to withdraw cash, Paypal need you confirming yourself first.

You need to fill in your bank book on your applied paypal. Paypal may confirm your status and bank book by transfer a tiny money, such as 0.02, to your book, and you must reply what is that number to paypal (via homepage not via e-mail).

If this process is pass, you can click "transfer money" and continue process to receive cash via your bank book in Italy.
However it's take time about 5-7 days.

You dont need an ITIN number to claim 0% tax exemption. just fill the W8-BEN and leave ITIN blank.

I would phone or e-mail paypal with you query, they are helpful. You do need to get you account verified but if I remeber correctly it is only after you have earned more than a certain amount and paypal asks you to do it and explains how. I dont think this is the refund issue.
