let's say a buyer wants your image but you've opted out. you get an email or pm that alerts you to a sale, you decide if you want to opt in for the sale.

Here's the response I got from SS support:
"The Premier License notification is related to the Sensitive Use as you noted.
Our customers are aware that there are different types of licenses at
Shutterstock, and that each license can come with limitations. Just like
images that are marked "not available with Enhanced License" we do not expect
this to cause a lot of confusion among our subscribers."
