Second version is much better. I'd like to see it with a bit of curves adjustment because I'm having the impression that it is a little bit washed or with low contrast.
Sharpness and noise are ok now.

Yours is looking a little too gray. Auto tone and slight curves adjust.

I agree. I am going to adjust colors a little bit. After that I going to procuce another 9 pictures lol...

I'm on my laptop so I cannot be sure but it still looks a touch under exposed.
