Some of mine are not searchable either. The weird thing is when I do a search for them I can see the spot where they should be but they are just broken images. Here is a link to the broken images that should be mine. Do they look like broken images to you or is it just me?

I have the same kind gray bars that have been appearing and disappearing in my port for days, but in my case they do not replace the missing images, just some of the newest images, and it happens on a random basis.

My missing images have never even made it to my port.

This has happened in the past, looks like the search application does not have access to all of your image data. Could be the thumbnails are not accessible.

Did you try to search by image ID number?

;) I don't know a single buyer who will be searching for our images using our image ID's

If our new images are not visible or searchable by keyword... they are dead in the water and the longer they are missing the deeper they go in the pile.

SS does not lose out on sales like we do because there are plenty of images in line to replace our new and invisible uploads...

Some of my images are searchable, some are not. It says I have 14 active images, yet under the relevant tab are 43.

As said before, I am a newbie trying to build momentum. I am missing 29 photos in my port, out of 43. I have 19 waiting for approval, some of them a week old.

Its already very tough to compete, now its almost impossible. I havent had a single sale in 3 days, which may not be out of the ordinary with a small port, but with this bug, its sheer impossible to get any sales and momentum.

Very very frustrating. Even more frustrating that SS lets their contributors down, their own bread and butter.

Yes I did, and I succeed.

But just as Susan says, it's of little use to us, because the potential buyers won't be searching for our images using our image ID's.

right now it is not about buyers, please

it is about fact, that images are in database.
And we know about that by seaching not with keywords, that obviously does not work, but with image ID number.
It saying to me, that SS working on the problem.
