Unfortunately, we cannot change anything. Our server was experiencing some problems, but it should all be fixed now. Sorry that you have lost a good position in "Newest First", but sometimes these things happen.

Another huge issue to some at least is you cannot see someones footage port anymore by clicking on the camcorder Tab. You get all footage by everyone. all 10,868 Pages. been this way for months and months and it even says footage portfolio for laurin Rinder....I wish. I've written support 4 times and posted this many times. Zero answers.none,zip,Nada.

Really makes you wonder, if the code is this screwed up for viewing, we would never know if it was screwed up regarding royalties.

If this were to be true it will catch up to them which would be no good for anyone here because the Government would close them up and audit all of their records quicker then stink could hit you know what.

I try not to go there, however during the months I was getting almost zero US sales and exactly zero sales from Canada... the thought did cross my mind.

Ever notice that whenever the images start disappearing so do the sales? I have.

It may have something to do with the logarithms that promotes a certain theme, new/ old images etc.. it somehow interferes with the programming codes. Some of my old images simply will not come up even with keywords.

Yeah, that was weird, Susan. One or two days of sales in, say, Europe without any in the States can happen, but for it to have gone as long as it did for you didn't seem right. I wonder how many other submitters that may have happened to who didn't post in the forums about it. I trust you're back to selling all over the globe ;-)
