what the hell is happening here on SS? :D

I believe I have never open a topic about a rejection but this one is just over the roof, how can they reject a beautiful picture, a lot better than everything that it is online about this matter..

the cathedral have trees on both sides, how could I shoot it better?? flashes at the bottom??? just crazy where we are heading..

You'd be better off posting this over in the Critiques forum. More people check that forum out for issues such as this. The problem I see is the heavy shadows, particularly the tree to the left. SS is notorious about not liking shadows. You have to have shadows to bring out texture and depth, but they must me minimal and tightly controlled or SS will give a lighting rejection.

While you're right, that's the nature of this business. Not much we can do about it, so we just move on to the next shot and learn from experience.

Agree with Russ look at your histogram (underexposed) and the shot should look more like this.

Perhaps so, but that's what will sell.

I just noticed an second problem unrelated to lighting. Notice the perspective issue. The sides of the building are converging towards the top of the picture. Easily corrected in PS unless you have one of those expensive architectural tilt-shift lenses that can correct it in camera.

I fear you may be a bit too attached to this image. Better just to move on.
