3 weeks is not the norm, even a week is too long but happens often lately.
My oldest batch is pending since april 9.

Contact support!

That's nothing. I've been waiting for 2 months so far for approval at another micro stock place for one measly vector graphic. I find that very unprofessional and disrespectful to the contributors. :(
