Hi
I wanted to know two things from this
1. Do i need a model release for this shot
2. I know there are lot of Logo on this, wanted to know which one should be taken off
Last but not least is this good enough to upload if no model release is required and the Logos are taken care of

Yes, you would need a model release from the rider. All logos would have to be removed, unless it's a editorial submission. However, focus is soft, colors are drab...and ideally the rider should be riding into, not out of the frame. I would not submit this one.

Suggestion: Shoot from the front of the rider. Make some shots closer-up. Get model release.
The two below didn't even need a bicycle, just a helmet. The one showing the highway outsold the other quite a bit.

The background is terrible. There are thousands of shots of people on bikes; it's the location that matters. The scene needs to make someone want to ride their own bike there. Don't just take a shot of someone on a bike, you need to take a shot of a whole scene that includes someone riding a bike.

I can't speak for evaners but I'm pretty sure it was. Don't take it personally. He's right, especially the part that says "The scene needs to make someone want to ride their own bike there". When I look at your port, EVERY image you have really does make me want to be there! This image doesn't. It gives me a "cars whizzing by, exhaust in my face, hot, sweaty, weeds growing on the fence - maybe not a great neighborhood" feeling (if that makes any sense - lol). I don't want to ride wherever this guy is riding but I DO want to be everywhere the other shots in your port were taken.
