I'm not too sure about the copyright problems with the chocolate bunny or the shoes. The bunny is a generic molded chocolate so I don't really see a problem there. With the shoes I can't see any detail so I can't tell the brand by any markings.

One issue I do see with some of your shots is the composition. Many times you put the object of attention in the center of the frame. This can result in a very static composition. Use the Rule of Thirds whenever applicable. This will give a better composition as well as give copy space for the buyer.

With the egg shot if you are doing it as an isolation you do not have to worry about composition. The purpose of an isolation (no shadows) is to allow the buyer to simply pull the object out and put it wherever they want in their ad. So, composition does not come into play unless you are doing it as an on white (with shadows).

Going a bit further with composition issues in a few of your shots (the boy jumping, handstand, and the operator) it would be better if you filled the frame a bit more with the people. A bit too much negative space I think. I had to really look to see what the operator was doing because it was hard to see the head set.

Is that really a doctor? Looks goofy, or sinister! I would never go to him, or send my children to him!

The call center girl is the closest one you've got, but it's just a bit soft. Really need to work on your focusing technique.

The two jumpers are way too small against a very busy and distracting background. Below is an example of what it should look more like, although the background is still too busy, really. I've also lightened it up some; it was underexposed.

Didn't see the new ones till after I'd posted. The teenager has good focus. Backgrounds don't have to be white, but they shouldn't look like they were meant to be white but didn't come off that way.

The water droplets are too soft in focus.
