Thanks for the advices.
How can I improve my focusing technique?
Is this call_center2 better framing and focus?
For example on the call center girl I shoot with: Nikon D90 - Nikkor G 35mm f/1.8 at F 7,1 ISO 200 1/160
Water droplets shoot with: Nikon D90 - Tamron 70-200mm F/2.8 at F 11 145mm ISO 200 1/160
I know that my photos are not perfect but could any of the above pass the first 10 test?

Looks a touch over exposed. Notice how the colors seem a bit washed out? Over exposure will do that.
