The kid is OOF with harsh lighting.

Still need crops for the other shots you have like the kayak and leaves.

When doing outside shots keep the lighting in mind. During certain parts of the day the light can be harsh leaving very hard shadows. In cases like this it is a good idea to use a fill flash or reflectors to soften them.

From looking at all your shots you are not too far off the mark. You need to tighten up your focus and get a better understanding of potential copyright problems. It is all part of the learning curve when it comes to stock.

Remember when dealing with clothing it is often a good idea to keep things as generic as possible. The more unique something looks the more likely a reviewer may hit it with a copyright rejection.

It looks like you have a built in model on your hands. She has a pretty good look to her so certain shots of her could go well. But, work on the technical end of things with lighting and focus. Don't get discouraged. Everyone of us felt like a pig on roller skates when we started out. Just need to learn about stock and the best ways to shoot it.

Hi guys, thank you all for the critique, and my apologies for the posting 10 pictures in 8 threads - won't happen again.

Here's the 100% crop of kayak picture.
