Hello,
In my "Batches Pending Approval" are batches that have not being reviewed for ten days (22225345, 22224706, etc.). I have checked 'status of Submitted Photos/Footage' to make sure that there were no problems processing the images (I did not notice any problems). I have written to Suppopt service to ask about the delay several day ago but they did not reply. I wonder, is it a normal situation to wait for review for such a long time without any explanation? Did anybody experience such a situation?
