Can you add an avatar to your account please? We are being flushed by nameless strangers with no face lately.
Also, the only critique I will give is to get rid of the power lines. All other critique will come from the pros around here.
Welcome.

I don't understand the use for a buyer of this??How old is it and what is it? Copyright? Stock is about conceptual Images to help sell or promote Ideas.

Soft focus, uneven lighting, and composition.
Need to remove wires and or the flag on top which is barely cut off.
And as Laurin stated possible copyright.

On the lighting, SS does not like strong shadows, you have strong side lighting (from the sun), which creates strong shadowing on the left
shooting from a different position, at a different time of year, etc., might give more even lighting.
So, it is all about, light, place, time, and season

In your crop, the tower has white fringing on the left and on the railing. Maybe oversharpened.
