The file that you recently uploaded could not be read by our image processor. Please verify that the file is not corrupt and re-upload it.

Please fix that bug first, because its the worst in the list. How long does it take to fix a bug? Been going on for 5 days.

Thanks

Same here this is really frustrating. One of my images I have had to re upload 3 times now. I have a few that were reviewed and the photos are broken with no explanation of why they were rejected. How do I know if I can fix them and resubmit them? I don't know if the broken files after review are part of the same bug or if it is a different one.

Seems shutterstock is crawling with bugs lately.

Today I received emails for photos that were reviewed yesterday. However, a photo I deleted myself, was approved and added to my port today. Weird things going on lately.

I'm experiencing same problems last 2 days...

The file image-name.jpg that you recently uploaded could not be read by our image processor. Please verify that the file is not corrupt and re-upload it.

I can guarantee that file is not corrupted... strange thing is it only happens to my square cropped images but not 3:2.

Can anybody please say what is going on with this new bug?

Hope those images wouldn't go missing when/if they get accepted.

Thanks, cheers! :D

Same here, but with the 5+ day review time, I guess this is the first time I'm hitting it
