Submit 10 photos to be contributor but files could not read

I have submitted 10 photos for assessment but it prompted me that

"The file xxx.jpg that you recently uploaded could not be read by our image processor. Please verify that the file is not corrupt and re-upload it."

How can I re-upload the file again at this stage of under review mode?

This has been a recent problem. Several have had the same issue. I would write Shutterstock and fill them in on what happened making sure you mention this was your first initial ten images.
