Too much black in my opinion. I did a quick adjustment as a suggestion, but I think there's too much noise to be able to brighten up much. Also there's something wrong with the light or isolation going on on the edges, especially at the top left and the right side. The isolation looks bad.

About copyright I can't say. Might be a problem too.

I like the doorway. It might sell as a background for something. I also think that the stained glass window will sell if executed right. It is a good subject. Same with the sky writings or whatever that is called.

The pics of the chairs on the beach has Lots of noise and is oversharpened. Although sharpening should be kept to a minimum, if you do apply some sharpening, it should be done last and definitely after noise removal. If you do it before, it will only emphasize the noise that is already there. I think that is one of the things that happened here. From the looks of it though, I don't think this picture was anywhere near sharp to begin with. It also strikes me as a snapshot. The chairs are underexposed and they shouldn't be because they are the main subject. Try using a fill flash next time.

This is a difficult subject. As you noticed, sand is a lot brighter than it looks. The dark chairs on white sand is not easy to do.

As long as it is spinning from left to right. lol

Learning photography is an ongoing process. From what I have seen so far, I think you are pretty good in picking out subjects. That is half the work. All you need to learn now is to make those subjects to look their best in two dimensions
