I don't have a long history but it's been a strong month overall for me. Some up and down and bucking the trends (like no sales last Friday which was unusual but more than usual over the weekend) but yesterday and today have been very good. I'm wondering if they search testing is having an impact but it's still my standard top sellers that are selling so any changes don't seem to be bringing more to the table, just higher quantities of the old favorites these past two days.

Laurin mine have been excellent. Large numbers of ODs along with slightly above average in 25 a day downloads and a couple of ELs.

Dave - you and I both have a lot of food in our ports - maybe people are just hungry?

My sales dropped massively suddenly 2 days ago. I was wondering what happen. I figured a Zombie attack but just SS messing with things.

It is my best week at SS for downloads and money, and I'm surprised since many of my new images were missing. No EL's yet, but one $15.00 SOD, and an increased number of ODs which is unusual for me.

It's been a weird month for sure - some very bad and very good days.

Same here. Very erratic. Saturday was the worst day this year, Monday and today are way down but Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were very good days.

There isn't the consistency that we had before. Working hard and uploading good quality images no longer has any guarantee of a return. Bugs/glitches and site downtime are exacerbating the problem tenfold.

Overall, my sales remain good but images are only making their way through by luck. It isn't an ideal way to be trying to make a living when there are so many variables that we have no control over.

I truly hope that things settle down here soon, so that we can all get on with our work in a more meaningful and productive way.

Here, here! Last month blew the doors off, though I had quite a few days with zero or few overseas downloads. I've been here long enough to know it isn't right. And the trend continues this month. There is definitely something goofy going on!

So far it's been a great month for me. DL's and OD's daily. An occasional SOD. No EL's yet :>( I doubt it'll be a BME, except possibly for the month of May. We'll see what happens when the new algorithm kicks in.

My month is average so far.

Laurin you are here since 2005. Now it's 2012. You are just at a seven year itch. Listen to your cousin; sales go up and sales go down or something along those lines.

You will be fine

About the same, but I've added a lot more images so it should be growing. It's more like the new images are keeping it from going down more.

BME last month for me. On the second Friday of April, I had the same number of downloads I've gotten today.

Things are looking bad for me this month as well. I have 10 fewer overall downloads for the 11th day than I did last month and 5 less ODD's than this time last month. The thing that makes it especially bad is that I have 100 more images in my portfolio now than I did on the 11th of last month. Makes me feel like something is going on. Or it could be the summer slump that I hear everyone talk about.

My images have maintained a good level of sales so I don't put it down to SS glitches, although some sales may be interrupted. I put it down to a worldwide downturn over the past few months which is now kicking in and hitting industry hard. Hopefully things will settle down in the very near future.
