Have been getting the following message all night long.
The file Catalog#8 278_1.jpg that you recently uploaded could not be read by our image processor. Please verify that the file is not corrupt and re-upload it. |

Took me 13 attempts today to get 40 photos in, which is the second time because they were rejected for keywords again.

Problem is that none of my files are corrupt!
it just makes me upload a second time on every upload i do and it is always a random file!
It is burning up my FAP limit which cost's me money and i doubt that SS is going to reimburse me for any overage i get charged because of their site issues! |

My files are not corrupt either.... frustrating.
Is FAP also counting against uploads? |

This has happened to me a number of times. My main complaint are that the entire upload process is completed and then a little later it says there is a problem - so you might have already thought the upload was done and left - and that it is a total waste of time and bandwidth. Still, I suppose it is better than images that disappear after they are accepted. |

Uploading all day trying to get my editorial shots in and complete and every time i upload when i check to see what i have i find i am missing images i know i uploaded and now they are not there and i have to start all over again with files i know i uploaded and then once again more files missing i have been uploading since i got up this morning around 10 and it is getting frustrating but i need to get this done any other images and i would kick back and wait but i want to get this done and over with for the day and i should be done by now but the continuous disappearing files is very ridiculous and SS should think of taking care of this because it is costing them and me both money of which is hard to come by anymore!!!!!!
CAN SOMEONE FROM SS RESPOND TO US AND LET US KNOW THAT It IS GOING TO BE FIXED AND LET US KNOW WHEN IT IS GOING TO BE FIXED????

9:00pm almost 12 hours later and just finished my last 5 uploads and guess what?
Yep your right every one of them is missing in action so now i need to do it again and again and again till i maybe get them uploaded since the SS site is so screwed up right now and they have no idea how bad it is!!!!!! |

I've been getting that message as well Barry. Now today some of my pending photographs are missing the image when I view them. They were there originally and were no the ones I got the corrupt message for. |

You need to keep uploading the rejected files until you do not get any messages anymore. If you upload and walk away, you will find that your photos are missing. If you refresh the page right after submitting, you will see the messages in red. |

Not gonna happen.....I'll wait and upload them elsewhere for now.
These ones didn't have messages, they were okay until today, I know they still showed last night because I was checking to see which ones I had uploaded. |
