Hallo!
I read so many posts in this forum, that I feel, as I woul'd actually know some of contrubitors.
After two or three months of preparation, I want to send my firs 10 Illustrations (5 vector and 5 different raster).
But I'm still worried and confused.
Especially about property and model releases and copyright problems.
I use my own 3D renders and sketches as a base for my illustrations and vectors.
Shoul'd I send some proofs about it with my first 10 graphics? Is this possible at all?
May I send ZIP file with some 'printscreen pictures' with my workflow and 'txt' file with explanation how I made my graphics?
Is it OK if I simply add 10 of scaned 'copyright formulars' for all of my graphics? Or is it a little bit too much?
Please help with advice.
I spent a lot of time studying technical requires about illustrations and vectors for SS. I realy dont' want to be eliminated because of some simple or even stupid misunderstandig with SS rewiewers about copyrights.
Thank you in advance.

Pretty simple actually. Print off a property release and fill it out, including Photographer information (that's you). Have it witnessed by another person. http://submit.shutterstock.com/property_release.pdf

Then, using Photoshop or whatever image editor you use, add to that file your screenshots, sketches, whatever you saved that proves your authorship. It all has to go onto the same property release file. Then upload the PR with the EPS/JPG upload, there is a place for a property release.

Regarding copyright, just be sure you don't illustrate about anything that's commercial like Facebook, Twitter, Coca-Cola, or whatever. World Cup/Euro 2012 is also TM, stay away from that.

Good luck!

Thanks a lot.
I'll wait for another few days and check twice all of my graphics.
Probably I'll send them first here on forum.
I hope that some of experienced users will help me with advice, if they're good enough for real rewievers.
Nice day!

Yes please do post your images first, that will really help your chances of making it in the first time!

Good luck and I can't wait to see your work!
