We are aware that for some of you the number of "Active Images" at the bottom of your Content Overview takes longer than usual to update.
This is just a display issue. The actual number of images in your portfolio should be correct and they are all showing in searches.
We're sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to correct this. This issue does not affect earnings or downloads.
Thanks,

Does it affect the Bridge to Bigstock though?
The same missing images are missing from my Bigstock Portfolio so, actually, it does affect earnings and downloads. 17 of my missing images were 'of the moment' Editorial and now, 10 days after the event, the sales possibilities are completely lost. |
Just checked and mine have been uploaded to Bigstock through the bridge, so for me it is only the front page that is affected.

Newly approved images are not showing in my port, please fix asap.
Thank you.
@Mike: your port is filled with duplicates mate. 4200 images in total.
UPDATE: Fixed, thank you. |

I have the same issue plus a recent batch of images that I had submitted for review were in the "pending" stage for a very long time. I brought this to the attention of SS and I was asked to re-submit the images. After re-submitting, the images were finally reviewed and approved. My sales had been quite steady until these recent issues but now sales have dried up, which makes me wonder if there are deeper problems? |

Quite a lot of problems with the database, new ones not showing up, active images not showing new pictures. Another funny thing is that an illustration of mine disappeared from the newest first view, and after that sales dropped by almost 50% the next day. Maybe just a coincidence, but never happened before. Unbelievable. |

Mine have also now turned up in my Bigstock portfolio but images approved as far back as the 5th June are still missing from my homepage and catalog manager. |

Strange. Two of my newest images, which are still not appearing in catalog, content overview or darkroom, have been sold yesterday, but I can't find them under 25-a-day sale in the Download Status section. |

I have noticed the same... :-(
hmm.... I have the feeling that something is going wrong with the SS database, and it is deeper than only missing images in the catalog. I was selling like crazy and them suddenly, 50% down. Well, sure I will get as answer that it can happen and so on, and it is true, but... if there are disappearing images, information, and upgrades are not happening... also can it happen with the sales isn't?.
I understand that technical problems can happen, and I am able to support SS in all troubles can have, but I think we are already waiting long time for an explanation or a solution. Both will be welcome! |

Ok its been more then enough waiting on a solution for this bug. When this started i missed 15 images, thats up to 27 atm.
How long do we have to wait before we get any info about whats going on?
its been more then a week for me, who knows how long for others. The longer it takes the more people are saying it is affecting our sales. So whats going on?? for real this time. |

Those duplicates appear to be in different file formats, ie 1 jpeg and 1 eps. From what I understand, this is acceptable practise on SS because not all clients know how to manipulate a vector file, and as such they have the option of choosing an alternative raster image (jpeg) |

New images are not selling because they appear at the end of list when searching by "popular".
I've tried on my portfolio and my last series are all in this situation. So impossible to sell files which are so far from the first pages.... |

Thanks for making us aware of this issue everyone. We're working on a fix to make sure all your content is shown on your portfolio page on shutterstock.com and it should be in place soon. Fortunately this is only affecting a small portion of customer traffic.
The fix for the catalog manager will take a bit longer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
