For the past week or so, the number of files indicated on my contributor's page is wrong. One batch simply never showed and now I am missing more images, although all appear to be in my gallery and searchable (which is why I did not write sooner)...but a glitch is a glitch... so please lootk into this.

So, it is here again! Again my gallery is wrong, showing less images that I really have, the dark room in to updated, also the Catalog manager, it update maybe one per week, my last approved images does not appear in my image gallery.
I don't understand, it was wrong, SS fixed it, so it was so great working, and again wrong... this situation already 5 times.
Can SS please take a look into my profile and fix my problems? I will appreciate it very much!

It looks like I have the correct images in my gallery, just the front page not updating with correct number of images. |

my latest images appeared in my gallery yet the front page and the "Active Images" counter aren't updating |

number of images in gallery have not been updated for about a week. The difference between what my port has and what front page shows it has is now nearly 100 pictures!!!!!! Please fix this problem. |

But does it matter? Photos in my port are all there. Just the number on the frontpage is not matching. Thats only for yourself. I dont think its affecting search or sales for buyers. |

Agreed they are searchable and that is the most important thing. However, if they are not on your homepage they are also not in your Catalog Manager, which makes it difficult to track sales of a particular shoot or event, etc.
I also hae quite a few missing and will be very glad when they reappear. |

New batch of approved photos, same problem. They made it to my gallery and appear to be searchable by buyers but they are not on my contributor's frontpage... |
