Hi everyone,

I just noticed that one of my latest files got this beautiful new look after being approved.

Has this happened to any of you before or is this just another new bug?

How are we supposed to sell images if our pictures show up like this? Sigh...

Best,
Jakob

I suspect the file got corrupted somehow ... after approval, which is very strange.

On the bright side, the corruption followed the rule of thirds.

But shouldn't it be red, white and blue?

Only bug I'm seeing is that new images aren't showing up under the total portfolio numbers on the submitter landing page. Says have I have 876 images when I actually have 907 approved.

No, don't contact support. Anthony posted elsewhere that support was only for customers. Contributors should always contact submit@shutterstock.com.

May explain why so many individual's e-mails to support went unanswered.

The bug that I'm experiencing is that some thumbnails don't show on my port. Anyone else?

Even there was an explanation that servers need time to be synchronized, but if it takes several days and actually never happen then it is a bug. 1351 approved and 1332 active images. But count portfolio manually - there is 1351, correct. The problem is in counter on home page.
