Hi

Its been more than a week, and these images are still not reflecting in my catalog manager:

23121863 06/06/2012 10
23121080 06/06/2012 37
23120654 06/06/2012 10

I can't make new sets or add them to my sets, or track them!
Please help?

Same for my 20 last accepted pics.

They don't appear in catalog manager neither on main page (active images), though they are in my image gallery.

Same problem here. The last images in the catalog manager were submitted 5/28/2012 (images submitted 6/2/12 do not show up). The newer images do appear in my portfolio and searches and they can still be seen and sold so this isn't a critical problem. Still, they don't appear on my submit home page and they aren't in the catalog manager - which makes the catalog manager less useful.

I've just received a reply from support - they are aware of the problem:

"Our tech department is currently working on correcting this temporary issue.
We have forwarded your information to them, which will help getting this resolved as soon as possible.

This is a only display issue on your landing page and there is no effect on your earnings or downloads. The number of images in your portfolio is correct, and your images show in search results."

Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

It's a miracle: to-day, I can see my pictures in Catalog Manager, nearly one month after acceptance.
