It's even worse than you think. Their automated message say to contact support@shutterstock.com. However, according to Anthony, that address is for buyers only, not contributors. So you would likely never see an answer, even if it were the middle of the week. The correct address, again according to Anthony, is submit@shutterstock.com. They still won't see it on the weekend, but at least it's going to the right group. And they still may not answer, but what he hell. |
