Rejection for composition

This was rejected for composition,which was an HDR attempt to light into the tree shadows. All it did was to produce a lot of noise in the clouds and give a strange appearence to the bushes. Also its OOF, so is the composition the problem?

Is it worth resubmitting the original without the HDR and with the black silhouette of the trees

Unfortunately there is not much of interest, except the clouds and reflection. This might have been accepted 5 years ago, but not today, you need some forground interest, perhaps the Swedish bikini swim team :-)

BTW, you also have some CA in the form of fringing, cyan in the lower part of the image and magenta in the boundary of the sky and horizon

+1.If you have any noise in One Image and do multiple Images you triple the noise.

Actually, didnt someone do an extensive test with layers to show that noise actually reduces because its never in the same place? If you use different shots. I think that thread was started when I just joined here 5 months ago.
