I am trying to change a sky a bit boring for one with more character to this shot, but I have problem with hard edges and I wonder if there is some method easy to understand and perform in PS

That sky just doesn't work in that shot.
And trees are hard but can be done with some practice.

Something simple but effective. thats why some of us have a 1000 skies in a folder. At your Processing stage, I wouldn't mess with the trees there a pain in the Butt and for what we get paid. I would find subjects that don't require Much. Trees and Models hair can be done. But..... something Like this might work. this was just a minute or 2 but hope you get the idea. and Yours is blurred way to much for the scene.

You could also work with the existing sky and paint in some colour or increased saturation.

I agree with kelly this sky could easily work with a bit of processing:

Good job on the sky Jenn! The foreground looks a bit over processed, so this would be an occasion to use a mask to apply Jenn's work to the sky, but leave the foreground alone, or at least apply less to the foreground
