Hi,

I had 4 editorial photos in the pending list and yesterday they suddenly disapeared. I don't know if it is a coincidence, but it was exactly the same time that the new web upload interface started. The images were not approved neither rejected. They simply disapeared.

I created this topic because it is a different kind of missing images.

Should I upload the files again or they are already under review?

I had a similar issue yesterday. An image waiting for review disappeared from the site. However, in checking the status of submitted images, it's shown as approved; although, I never received an e-mail stating the status one way or another. It should show up in a couple of days. If not, I'll just drop a note to submit@shutterstock.com. No big issue.

Hi triceratops,

For me it was different: I just received the e-mail saying that they were approved.

S I guess it was a problem that in the end did not affect our reviews :)
