I have had a large number of video clips rejected as the model release did not have the word "video" on it. I instead had "audio visual".
It has taken me 3 days to upload the clips and I do not want to have to reload each one over again. Too time consuming.
Does SS retain the clips on my account and allow me to resubmit the releases again?...it would seem pointless for me to go through upload again.
Would I be able to amend the existing releases by adding the word "video" or do I have to get new releases signed?
Thanks

When the clips are rejected they are gone for good, you have to re upload.
I would if possible change your release to use words like footage and talent (model), I use both references for stills and video on my form and SS accepts it. Maybe try and get your new form signed again.

Yes I agree, shouldn't have too upload again just because a mistake was made on the release.
Other less well known/established stocksites have the function to amend rejected submissions, this is one thing that SS fails at.
I had the same problem but I only had the one clip.
I used SS own release that has the words ''still and moving images'' in it and a box to tick either sill or video.
Maybe I will use this as my standard release after getting rid of references to SS on it
