these were taken on a Samsung L700 ???

Why are you putting them up? . Some of the rubbish photographers that submit here need slr cameras to do it. You are probably more skilled.

Seriously buy an slr.

Is this Place a famous historical landmark or something. I see no CV for it.

Likewise, unless it is instantly recognizable it will have low CV
Technically it suffering from shooting at the wrong time of the day such that the building is in shadow
