I think the medals are copyright/trademark and would require a property release from the climbing organisations. The illustration looks like an autotrace or use of a simple photoshop filter which is a no-no.

You will need to provide a property release for your artwork. I know it's silly, but you do.

Not only does Shutterstock require you fill out a form giving yourself permission to use your own work, with a witness, you will need to attach a thumbnail of the drawing to the release, and make it specific to that drawing.

If that really is your drawing, of course.

If that really is your drawing, you have a spelling mistake on the one with the bat - should be 'through', not 'trough'.
