not bad, i think the shot would benifet from being horizontal so you could get mor flow of the fence and roadway...

I would suggest you to use the rule of third to enhance your architectural pictures. About the teddy bear, I think you didn't focus right, and didn't change the white balance.

Try to keep the background simple, this may cure the problem:)
