A real big thanks to the SS Team on review times and a great reduction in rejection. Rejections were getting real frustrating now it seems we're in the same book and have a better understanding of SS requirements and artist submissions. Thanks! |

So, apparently Shutterstock cannot process all types of video. What I used to compress mine was quicktime jpeg-a, I hope this helps. |
I am uploading Photo JPEG and my files are not getting picked up.

I uploaded footage couple days ago, it is not visible in stats, but it is "waiting review". With no preview image avaiable. Is it normal or something wrong? |

any hope on the horizon?
the review times seem to be pretty long with thumbnails showing up one day, gone the next. |

Hello:
I wanted to let you know that we are reviewing footage clips normally again. Since clips are currently backlogged slightly, I also wanted to assure everyone that we do have the content and that we will take the time necessary to review each clip properly.
Thank you for your continued patience and support.
Sincerely,
Anthony Correia

Meccano,
Please resubmit those footage clips for review. Send me a PM if you experience the same error & I can examine it further.
Thank you,
James |

James,
Why is it giving us this 'unable to process' error? I realize it takes a few days to generate thumbs, but when do you give up hope and re upload? I have about 60 clips in the queue, and the ones I've upped in the last day have not generated thumbs... which I think seems to be normal for the way SS processes.
Maybe you guys should rethink the way files are processed, and allow the user to attach model release even after hitting submit :-). |

James,
I have to write it again and again: It's not funny to read you have to re-upload when you live on country site and have only a slow line!!!

I have similar problems with my clips : ''unable to process one or more clips in batch''
This is very annoying to have to reupload videos.
I think I will pause until this is resolved |
