I have seen many posts where people talk about images that are to pretty for stock, "pictures you would hang on the wall".
Well if you wanted to sell those types of images where would you go, and how strict are the guidelines for those companies. I believe RM stock is the correct place but am not sure. Any suggestions of those types of sites/companies. Is it possible to keep the right mindset to shoot stockworthy and artistic at the same time, and submit to corresponding site.

I know what you are saying about images being too pretty for stock but I don't buy into that 100%. I am in the camp that believes that just about any image can be a stock image but the catch is how will it sell?
The "typical" stock shots will sell more in the stock arena than the pretty shots but the latter do sell. There will always be a need for travel images and even the more artsy type images but you may not find the same level of sales.
I don't deal with RM sites so I cannot give you advise on that but you also may want to consider selling your images on a web site that you create.
