-Is it coming from the format of my video? My format are standard (mpge2, mpeg1, quicktime...)
-Is it a well-known bug in the Shutterstock video converter process?
-Do I have to re-generate and re-upload the video in order to be re-processed?
Thanks for your help!

Tends to happen on alot of MPEG-2 uploads. Try .mov file format, this usually works the best.
