Most of my gallery (footage) has been gone for about 4 days now.
What do I mean by 'gone'? If you search by keyword for one of my pieces, they show up in the search results but if you click on the item to go to the detailed view, you get an error page that says "no results found".
Ouch. I'm lucky I noticed it (I check my gallery daily) and complained to support about it. Too bad it still hasn't been fixed and I haven't heard anything else about it.
I figured I'd be a good citizen and give everybody a head's up to check and make sure your gallery is working properly. Going four days and when nobody can download your work is awful.
Do we have any recourse for downtime like this? |

Just checked your portfolio and clicked on a few videos, and for the most part they are coming up just fine. There was one that came up with "no results found," but then I clicked on it a second time and it worked. |

I have checked your gallery and every clip that I click on works just fine. Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache on your computer? I think this may just be a problem with your browser. Please look into that and let us know if you still encounter the same problem. Thanks.

I've checked this and the problem is happening on 4 different computers, on 4 separate internet connections.
The problem is still happening. |

When you say "4 separate internet connections" do you mean that you tried 4 completely different locations or are they in different areas of one location such as within one office building?
I can still see every one of your clips with no errors. We did have some system hiccups yesterday, so the problem this time may have been related to that.
Please let me know the update. Thanks.

After reading this last night, I went to look at the footage links and two on the first page (sorted by most popular) came up with the "no results found" message the first time I clicked on them. When I got to the bottom of the page and went back to double check those two, then the files came up like the rest of them. |

Setho,
I used 4 different machines in 4 different buildings about 20 miles apart (my office, my home, and 2 seperate friends' homes). Each was completely unrelated to the other.
They all did the same thing, some clips would appear if clicked on but most would give a 'no results found'. Some would eventually show up if you clicked, got no results, hit the back button, and clicked again.
I don't know if this makes a difference but I'm located in Huntington Beach, CA.
Thanks |
