Hello Everyone,

Through error, some images were deleted from the system accidentally. If you receive an e-mail saying that your image was deleted without a reason why, please resubmit those photos and include a note to the reviewer why you are resubmitting. Thanks and sorry.

OK - This is very odd. I want to start by saying it is not a complaint - if ss decides to re-audit me, that's fine. I have some questions regarding that, and some notes about some inconsistencies.

I did not receive any emails, but when I sort my details by subscription download, 7 images are shown as "not approved or do not exist". Those being 124433, 124438, 191129, 124441, 226083, 165916 and 152322.

Questions:
1-why did I not receive an email regarding this?
2- my gallery total of 657 has not changed, so does that mean the 7 photos are still being counted in my gallery?
3-What is the criteria for dropping an image? I understand that ss can, at anytime, re-asses an image and determine it is not suitable. None of the 7 above have been big sellers for me, so that part I understand. However, there are images remaining in my gallery that are technically inferior to the ones removed (or at least as bad) and certainly not performing any better.

Comments:
Image 226083 - the second time through that I reviewed my "per subscription download", the image was there. However, when I view my gallery, it is not.

Image 124438 - the image itself is still appearing in my gallery, but under the number 124440. I did not upload this image twice. I don't understand.

Image 191129 - the image itself is still appearing in my gallery, but under the number 182748. Again, I did not dupe this upload.

Image 165916 - the image itself is still appearing in my gallery, but under the number 177675. No duplicate upload.

To sum up, the above three images are not in my gallery under those numbers, and are showing in my subscription downloads as not existing. The "new" image numbers do not appear in my subscription downloads at all.

Images 124441, 124433 and 152322 - Completely gone from gallery. Please confirm they are officially deleted, even tho I received no email.

Hi there,

So sorry about this. Don't worry -- you are not being re-audited.

Apparently, there must be some type of glitch in our system -- we are sorting through it now. For now, please re-upload any missing images and send an email to submit with your user id number and we'll give the re-uploaded images priority in the queue. We'll have tech look into the other issues you seem to be having.
