That would probably include weekends then since lots of people are working in the weekdays. So maybe towards the end of the week ? Just an idea. |
When will you go? |

Sam : I don't think we need to be there for all 6 days. We turn up for as long or for as short a period we'd like I think. |
I'd prefer to be there when everyone else is though... |

I probably can't go Mon-Fri, but if it all works out I'll try to go Fri-pm/Sat/Sun.

- 3 days (or more) Fri, Sat & Sun
- 1 day Belgrade, 2nd day visit and shooting in Novi Sad (EXIT Festival City) 80 km from Belgrade
3 day shooting outdoor on location (probably some with pools) and studio in Belgrade
T-Shirts and hat with EuroStock Meeting Belgrade 2008
extra fun, cheap beer and super models and hospitality
We'll try to get some sponsors for this also to make it cheaper for all of you. Idea is to make like package price per person, not based on per hour studio, per hour model and makeup.
So if you have any ideas or suggestions let us know. |
sounds interesting to me if I will be able to find cheap flights from Belgium or around it. |

Regarding Spring meeting in Belgrade, Serbia, is it OK to be from 21-23 March 2008?
Yes, I know it is to early, but I would like all interested fellows to send me an email to gajatz(a)gmail.com just as preliminary information.
Thanks!
P.S. Cyril, if you can give your email address, so I can also keep you informed as starter of thread. |

Ok, latest update, (For those who haven't registered yet)
The final dates will be 25th to 28th October.
Some people will already arrive on wednesday (24th)
On the registration form you can check any day independently, so if you can only come on friday, or saturday, just uncheck the other boxes
I'll close the registration some time in the end of this week so we can proceed to the reservations for the hotel, etc..
You must take care about the flight part though. ;)
(After you register, I collect the e-mail addresses and will inform you by e-mail rather than post here)
Well, do register ASAP if you want to come, all invited to have fun on a late-summer weekend ;)

I've got no idea if I can make it. What about last minute decisions? Do we stay away or are we allowed to come if we book our own rooms? |

You can do that, but I reckon it could be more expensive
Right now there are flights from Stuttgart to Lisbon and back for 150€ (or was it 130€)
It will get higher later on |

I would not want to fly anyway. So much beautiful country between here and there. It'd be a shame to leave the cams at home. |

Of course you can always confirm later, but there are advantages in booking earlier. We're asking for people to book in advance so we can try and get a higher discount in the accommodations. If you register later, of course we'll try to set you up, but it's not guaranteed and it may far from everyone else and more expensive.
Lisbon has a normal hotel occupancy rate of 80 to 90%, and the 10 to 20% are normally 5 stars and sewer holes, which are both not recommended for different reasons. What i mean is that the regular nice and cheap hotels have a lot of bookings with a lot of advance. For example, the hotel i'm trying to book, has a few rooms available for that date but it does not have 15 rooms free (we're 2,5 months ahead). So we may even have to split people booking in advance.
And don't forget that Portugal is currently the President of the European Union, so we will have a lot of movement until December. So it's really best to book as fast as possible.
But, as said before, we'll always try to do our best to make everyone happy, and of course we'll help you if you decide to come in late.
Regards
