Hi, I need help pronouncing a name. I was thinking someone here might be able to help.
The name is Said Ahmed. I don't think the first name is said, well... said.

dqiq -- it is flour in Maltese (my native language)....

Said is a common name in Mauritius. It is best pronounced as Stuart has proposed "sigh-eed" |

for sure the q is not pronounced as k and the d is more pronounced as a t in this word....... the q is more like a variation of the g..... oh man I'm confused |
