I sent scans of my passport twice during last three days - but still have a "...we need to receive a copy of government issued ID..." message when I enter submit page.

Is it normal? How long this process usually takes?

Hey guys -- looks like the ids@shutterstock address was only accepting emails with a subject so I was getting some of them just fine but others were not reaching me...

We have fixed it so it should work fine now!!
