Yes, a great wish List. The keywording thing is the best. |

ideas along these lines from other threads:
-- quick and easy ability for buyers (and contributors) to "flag" images that are obviously out of place (incorrect keywords) in search results both on the thumbnails and in the details page.
http://submit.shutterstock.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33245
-- buyer forms / database to submit and track photo requests... submitter forms to match current requests with images from their portfolio... buyer can review all responses.

That would be groundbreaking.or a place where buyers could write us when they buy and say what it's being used for, not mandatory but if they wanted.would be very cool. |

That is related to #3.
Why SS is the only micro where the buyer can't contact us directly???
On all other sites I received site email from buyer telling me where they would use my picture. Not everyday but it happened several times... |

Yes, Not saying they should force users to give us a sign, but they could at least allow them to do so |

while we're at it:
- to borrow an idea from somewhere else ;) what "search" led the buyer to their download(s)
- of course, mentioned a gazillion times already, now a gazillion and one: # of views / per image
- a new twist: # of search "hits" where your image was on the page viewed
- here's another mention for a contributor "ranking" system - the more stats available the better (total downloads, download per image ratios / etc.)
big fat DITTO on the function for buyers to optionally provide info on how/where images are used!
Cyril, you're keeping track, right? planning to mash these altogether and update the OP list right? have fun with that :)
maybe we need a polling system to vote on our feature requests once they're all on the list (i know, this too has already been mentioned a gazillion times) i vote for a new polling feature to keep track of our feature requests like the request for a polling feature! |

I would like to be able to cross-reference my images like it's done "somewhere else". Like adding UBB codes support to description field where we could place links to similar images of our choice... |

Yep, that should be covered in the request for an actual description space next to the image, or below the image in addition to the title (now called description) |

#2 For Sure!
Also, I'd like to see a V or something at the bottom of
an image's thumbnail for all to see to indicate if the image is a vector or not without having to click on the thumbnail first.
And, I would love to see a way for us to see all of our extended licenses in one place on our own pages.
Lastly, please, please add the word "copyspace" to the list of words when submitting keywords, as it is not misspelled!
Thanks! |

Well, this is probably a function and I just can't find it - list categories the images are in. Right now, the ONLY way I can verify which category I've put an image in is to open it for editing in the approved images info. It would be really nice if the categories were included with the image view - or somewhere in the subscription stats. |
